What Peebly currently offers
Peebly is an interactive prototype illustrating how renters and landlords could discover homes, express interest, view profiles, and chat. Sample homes and people are fictional. Accounts, messages, and requests are simulated; changes stay in your browser. Peebly is operated by Denis Afloroaiei, based in Mamaia Nord, Constanța, Romania. Contact hello@peebly.co with questions.
Using the prototype
Use the prototype to explore the experience with sample information. Do not rely on it to reserve a home, enter a tenancy, make a payment, verify another person, or send a real message. Do not upload confidential documents or enter real identity, financial, or sensitive personal information.
Respectful and lawful use
Do not use the website to harass others, submit deceptive or unlawful material, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malicious software, or interfere with the service. Any future live listings must be accurate and published only by someone authorized to advertise the property.
Renting arrangements
The prototype does not provide brokerage, property inspection, payment processing, contract signing, or tenancy administration. A simulated match or review status does not establish ownership, authorization, safety, or a rental agreement. In a future live service, parties would need to discuss and verify their arrangements independently.
Content and intellectual property
Peebly’s design and original materials are provided for viewing and exploring the product. Third-party photographs and other materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licences. Do not imply that sample properties are genuine offers or that sample people endorse the service.
Availability and changes
The prototype may change, be unavailable, or lose locally saved data. Keep no essential records in it. Features shown here may differ from the final service. Paid plans are not offered in this prototype.
Important limits
The prototype is provided for demonstration and does not promise that a home, person, or arrangement is suitable, available, or verified. Nothing on these pages removes rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Before the live service launches
Production terms will need the complete operator address, applicable jurisdiction, account and listing rules, moderation and reporting procedures, and any actual pricing or payment arrangements. These prototype terms do not establish those future arrangements.
