How does a match happen?
A renter sends interest in a home. The owner can review their profile and accept the request. Once accepted, a conversation opens for that property.
Can I try both renter and landlord views?
Yes. Settings → Account type lets you switch between both roles, so you can explore discovering homes, managing properties, and responding to requests.
Who is Peebly for?
Peebly is for renters looking for homes and landlords advertising them. The prototype uses sample homes and profiles to show how it works.
Are the listings and messages real?
No. This is an interactive prototype, with simulated accounts, listings, and conversations. Changes are stored in your browser and aren’t shared with other people.
Can I arrange a viewing or sign a contract?
The chat is designed to help people discuss their next steps. Scheduling, contract signing, and payments are not connected in the prototype.
What happens when I submit a listing?
In the demo, it becomes “Under review” and stays out of Discovery. A real approval service has not been connected yet.
How much will Peebly cost?
The proposed plans are Basic (free), Plus (€3/month), and Business (€5/month), for both renters and landlords. Prices and limits are still being refined; no subscriptions or payments are active in the prototype.
